So may  u all r aware with what our Aemy chief has declared..The Army chief has been in news  for his claims of being offered a bribe of 14 crore rupees to clear a tranche of substandard equipment of the aarmy.

Now u say , as defence minister A .K antony has opened  a new chapter in the UPA goverment's inefficiency.
The defence minister of a large and complex nation like indian has to be extremely vigilant , especially when defence deals have reportedly involved large kickbacks in the past.
